the amount of your purchase (excluding shipping charges) upon inspection of the returned
product. No reason is required for the return; however, we would appreciate your written
comments so that we can serve you and all our valued customers even better in the future.
Shipping:
All items state the normal time for product shipment and we make every effort to meet or
exceed these estimates. If there is a delay, you will be notified by email. We do not add
handling charges to our shipping rates! The shipping charge quoted is the exact charge
from the UPS tables based upon the shipping weight and destination.
Return Procedure:

return for authorization number.
